The Peninsular offers excellent cleanliness, a very comfortable double bed, and a prime location just by the River Onyar. The cold continental breakfast is reasonably priced, and the reception staff are professional and accommodating. I appreciated the two computers available for guest use and the convenient bicycle rental service.
Parking was a bit challenging.

Enjoyed delicious and good breakfasts.
Had a fine stay here. The hotel was located next to many restaurants and shopping. I had good food for breakfast with excellent coffe. My room was modern and complete with tea, storage of bicycles plus a decent bed.

Central location with quick access to shopping.
My double room was right next to the main road, which significantly disrupted my relaxation. I was disappointed to find the furniture in my room outdated and rather uncomfortable. The air conditioning was also quite loud.

An charming place, if you like outdated furniture and hearing your neighbors' conversations. I was expecting a little upgrade or complimentary treat for my troubles. Having only one power plug was a good surprise, just like a breakfast infested with fruit flies. Definitly not worth the hype, i almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't!

very central to shops and restaurants, with reasonable room rates that don't vary too much in high peak seasons, hotel staff very friendly and accommodating
Cleaning staff can be very loud (shouting) in the morning around 7am, I think maybe the walls are quite thin.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfy bed and the little bakery right across the street made for perfect mornings! After exploring, it was nice to unwind in the garden area, and the rooftop terrace offered a great view of the city. Just a minor note—the elevator was a bit slow, but that didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊
